Thank you for your interest in our organization. Hundreds of initiatives have as their focus research into finding cures for today’s most common cancers. Lost within these tremendous acts of goodwill, however, are 13,000 patients and their families diagnosed with one of a family of cancers named sarcoma. A number of the treatments used in the battle against sarcomas are unusually lengthy and/or costly resulting in significant financial hardships for the patients and their families. The long-term goal of the Sarcoma Warriors of the Upstate is to help as many warriors as possible win their daily battle with costs of prostheses for their amputated extremities, win their monthly battles with mortgages or rent, win their yearly battles with medical bills and expenses, and ultimately win their lifelong battle with sarcomas.

Sarcoma Warriors of the Upstate has partnered with the Community Foundation of Greenville, another not-for-profit organization that specializes in receiving donations. With their cooperation, we are striving to be as attentive as we can to the financial needs of our donors and our warriors. Donors have the choice of donating by check or money order or donating directly online with our friends at the Community Foundation of Greenville.

Both the Sarcoma Warriors and the Community Foundation of Greenville are recognized 501(c)(3) organizations so donors whether corporate or individual, can be certain that all of their donations are 100% tax deductible.
